We built a custom chatbot that takes care of new customer inquiries from start to finish. Using n8n and Dialpad, the chatbot:

  • Gives instant quotes based on what the customer needs
  • Checks if the customer is already in Jobber
  • Adds new customers to Jobber if needed
  • Books appointments automatically through Jobber and Dialpad

We built a full automation system that now takes care of all those steps for them. Using n8n and Dialpad, we designed a chatbot that:

  • Gives an instant quote based on their answers

  • Searches Jobber to see if the customer is already in the system

  • Creates a new customer profile in Jobber automatically if needed

  • Books an appointment at a time that works for the customer, syncing it with Jobber and Dialpad

All of this happens automatically — no manual work needed. Customers get quick answers, clear next steps, and a scheduled appointment, all without waiting for a call back.
